📋 Description

• Contribute to the expansion of HealthBit’s sales in the healthcare management market • Develop new projects with strategic, high-value clients • Participate in the consultative sales cycle and qualify new opportunities in the enterprise segment • Maintain rigorous pipeline oversight • Lead consultative diagnostic meetings to understand clients’ strategic, care delivery, and financial challenges • Build tailored solutions based on HealthBit’s portfolio • Represent HealthBit’s value proposition as a personalized strategic consultancy • Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers at companies in the client portfolio • Understand the portfolio and deliverables provided by operational teams across projects • Support commercial and consultative activities, as well as requests from internal teams, clients, and prospects • Contribute to proposal development, solution design, opportunity tracking, and delivery coordination with the relevant teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification • Experience in consultative sales, business development, corporate client relationship management, or project management in B2B environments • Analytical ability to understand client challenges and support the development of tailored solutions • Strong communication skills, active listening, and a consultative approach • Organization, planning, and the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously • Knowledge of or experience in healthcare, corporate health, employee benefits, health insurance providers, consulting firms, healthtech companies, or related sectors • Preferred: Previous experience in corporate health, employee benefits, health insurance providers, consulting firms, healthtech companies, or organizations focused on managing the health of corporate populations • Preferred: Experience designing, implementing, or monitoring customized solutions, projects, or initiatives for corporate clients • Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare management, care delivery metrics, healthcare costs, or healthcare delivery models • Preferred: Experience managing relationships with corporate clients and multiple stakeholders • Preferred: Postgraduate degree or additional training in management, healthcare, business administration, marketing, or related fields
