• Bachelor's degree (completed) • Experience in consultative sales, business development, corporate client relationship management, or project management in B2B environments • Analytical ability to understand clients' challenges and support the development of customized solutions • Strong communication, active listening, and a consultative approach • Organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent demands • Knowledge of or experience in the healthcare market, corporate health, employee benefits, health insurers/operators, consultancies, healthtechs, or related segments • Previous experience in corporate health, benefits, health insurers/operators, consultancies, healthtechs, or companies that manage the health of corporate populations • Experience in designing, implementing, or monitoring customized solutions, projects, or initiatives for corporate clients • Knowledge of health management, healthcare performance indicators, healthcare costs, or models of care • Experience managing relationships with corporate clients and multiple stakeholders • Postgraduate degree or additional training in management, health, business administration, marketing, or related areas.
