• Deliver exceptional customer support to agents, associations, and insurance carriers. • Foster and sustain positive, professional relationships with agents, associations, and insurance providers. • Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally. • Undertake additional responsibilities related to the Broker Support role as assigned by your immediate manager. • Propose enhancements for processes and technology to improve efficiency. • Maintain and update the department’s process manual.
