📋 Description

• Plan, implement, and oversee processes designed to mitigate risk. • Assist with developing, and implementing, the company's compliance program. • Coordinate with regulators to ensure that policies are current and properly maintained. • Draft and update company compliance policies and communications. • Schedule and assist with preparing mandatory training sessions for agents and head office staff. • Investigate and evaluate situations to ensure adherence to both company policies and state regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience with Life Insurance products is required. • Experience in a Compliance role at a Carrier or IMO is an asset. • Experience with financial regulations, agent/producer licensing, and compliant sales practices is highly desirable. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage stressful situations with a positive, proactive attitude. • Dependable, trustworthy, and committed to following established guidelines and procedures. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Proficient in Office 365 with strong computer skills. • Outstanding analytical abilities and attention to detail. • Capable of thriving under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities. • Friendly and effective in delivering challenging information via phone and email. • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills. • Adaptable, open to constructive criticism, and able to work well under pressure. • Must reside and be authorized to work in USA.
