📋 Description

• Gather and document business requirements • Conduct basic data analysis and support senior analysts in solution development • Create workflow charts, diagrams, and reports to support decision-making • Assist with requirements workshops using proven techniques • Create and complete the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) • Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and prepare user stories and use cases • Analyze business objectives, functions, and processes • Create process flows and maps according to the defined Process Playbook • Capture and document requirements in the Business Requirements Document (BRD) • Organize and facilitate requirements workshops and produce detailed business requirement specification documents • Apply and monitor modelling and analysis tools • Understand client requirements, identify and evaluate options, and recommend solutions

🎯 Requirements

• +5 years of experience in Business Analysis • Proven experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements across different projects and stakeholder environments • Payroll experience in European countries • Workday/UKG/HR/HCM experience • Candidate must already be based in Portugal
