📋 Description

• Able to handle projects related to Design of Development of Exterior Trims/Bumper from Concept development to SOP milestone. • Development of master sections, Packaging and feasibility studies. • CAD delivery of the Plastic parts as per project milestone delivery targets. • Should possess Good technical skills on Plastic manufacturing & Assembly processes. • Good knowledge on GD&T – Sheet metal & Plastic Tolerancing, DFA & DFM. • Collaborate with Project Lead/ Manufacturing/Supplier Engineering teams for design evolution ensuring feasibility. • Hands on Experience working on PLM tools – Teamcenter/ENOVIA and part release knowledge. • Basic understanding of structural analysis and CAE tools/delivery. • Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including BOM, drawings, specifications, and design change logs. • Optimize designs for weight reduction, cost efficiency, and manufacturability without compromising structural integrity & CAE targets. • Possess Problem solving knowledge and provide Design solution based on CAE assessments. • Effective Communication with all stake holders for design convergence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in Engineering with any specialization • Proficiency in CATIA, TEAMCENTER PLM, and ENOVIA PLM. • Strong experience in embedded C for low-level programming. • Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR-based device driver frameworks. • Good knowledge in GD&T concepts & change management. • Ability to handle projects related to the design and development exterior trims, and bumpers from concept development to SOP milestone. • 4-10 years of experience.
