📋 Description

• Analyze, design, develop and implement high-quality software solutions. • Work closely with the team to ensure continuous integration and delivery of projects within established deadlines. • Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, and others), ensuring alignment between project objectives and business goals. • Identify and resolve technical and operational issues, ensuring application stability and strong performance. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and deployment processes. • Use code assistants to accelerate feature development. • Create effective prompts for code generation, refactoring and documentation. • Critically validate AI suggestions before approval/staging.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in IT. • At least 3 years of experience with DevOps automation, including CI and CD. • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tracking tools. • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with C# (.NET Framework and .NET Core), ASP.NET, PL/SQL, Web Services and APIs, Service Bus, Azure and APIM. • Oracle database experience. • Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban). • Previous experience in the insurance sector or financial institutions. • Experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure). • Proficiency in Prompt Engineering applied to software development. • Knowledge of few-shot prompting and chain-of-thought techniques for code. • Understanding of data security and privacy when using public and private AIs. • Desirable: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields. • Relevant certifications in DevOps or other IT areas.
