📋 Description

• Collaborate on projects and improvement initiatives, ensuring business priorities are addressed and internal client requests are supported • Implement and maintain the company’s adopted project management standards • Lead regulatory initiatives and strategic projects characterized by strict deadlines and no room for changes • Ensure process optimization and control over execution stages • Identify and clearly, structurally, and understandably demonstrate quantitative and qualitative benefits • Manage multiple projects and improvement initiatives simultaneously, from development through closure • Develop budgets and schedules in collaboration with technology teams and underwriting business lines, organize documentation, and oversee project progress • Plan and develop processes • Monitor errors and lead root cause resolution • Track project stages to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met • Prepare status reports and support the development of progress reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Actuarial Science, or a related field • Experience in an insurance company, working in product, operations, project management, or continuous improvement areas • Knowledge of the insurance company lifecycle, from sales through claims settlement, with a focus on products, including product characteristics, policies, and general terms and conditions • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and similar applications, as well as Azure DevOps • Experience in project management and knowledge of agile methodologies, including Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and Design Thinking • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Hands-on approach • Leadership skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Analytical skills • Preferred: MBA or postgraduate degree • Preferred: Knowledge of the Transportation insurance sector • Preferred: Dashboard development experience
