📋 Description

• Centralize planning and monitor deliveries together with Product Owners and Technology teams. • Manage the roadmap, supporting the intake, consolidation and prioritization of requests. • Monitor planned vs. actual progress, ensuring visibility of risks, dependencies and commitments. • Collect and analyze metrics, data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. • Act as the primary communication focal point between clients, Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success and other partner teams. • Ensure alignment across multidisciplinary teams to meet deadlines, quality standards and business objectives. • Prepare executive reports and continuously track the initiatives under your responsibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Product Management, Program Management or technology project management. • Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs and multiple delivery streams. • Strong planning, organizational and execution-tracking skills. • Excellent communication and experience in client and stakeholder relationship management. • Comfortable working across technical and business domains. • Highly autonomous, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and low need for follow-up.
