📋 Description

• Centralize planning and oversight of deliveries together with Product Owners and Technology teams. • Manage the roadmap, supporting the capture, consolidation and prioritization of requests. • Monitor planned vs. actual progress, ensuring visibility into risks, dependencies and commitments. • Collect and analyze metrics, data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. • Act as the primary communication focal point between clients, Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success and other partner areas. • Ensure alignment across multidisciplinary teams to meet deadlines, quality standards and business objectives. • Lead executive reporting and continuous tracking of the initiatives under your responsibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Product Management, Program Management or technology project management. • Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs and multiple delivery streams. • Strong planning, organizational and execution-tracking skills. • Excellent communication and experience building relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Comfortable working across technical and business areas. • Highly autonomous, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and low need for follow-up.
