📋 Description

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Go, with a focus on performance and concurrency • Build distributed and resilient applications • Work with Kubernetes-based infrastructure • Implement and evolve observability practices (tracing, metrics, and logs) • Develop and integrate APIs following security best practices • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to continuously evolve solutions • Ensure code quality, testing, and engineering best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Availability for a hybrid schedule (3x per week) in Belo Horizonte • 2 to 5 years of experience as a software engineer • Experience with Go (Golang) in concurrent and high-performance systems • Experience with Kubernetes • Knowledge of observability: • - Distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry) • - Metrics (Grafana) • - Structured logging • Knowledge of API security: • - OAuth 2.0 • - JWT • - Zero Trust concepts • Experience with cloud environments (AWS) • **Desired:** • Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated environments • Experience in Platform Engineering teams • Contributions to open source projects • Curious and investigative mindset, seeking to understand the “why” behind solutions • Systems thinking and the ability to evaluate impacts across the ecosystem
