📋 Description

• Lead technical decisions and ensure system quality • Break down tasks and guide their execution • Support developers and remove technical blockers • Participate in planning, refinement, and daily coordination • Quickly adapt to different parts of the system

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development with Python • Experience with complex or continuously evolving systems • Ability to understand large codebases and their interactions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with code review and maintaining code quality • Ability to break technical problems into clear, actionable tasks • Ease in learning new technologies and working across different parts of the system • Practical use of LLM-based tools to support development activities such as debugging, code comprehension, and implementation, with the ability to critically evaluate generated results • Preferred • Experience with frameworks in the Python ecosystem • Experience with distributed systems • Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment processes
