📋 Description

• Work on software projects across different industries, from diagnosis to solution delivery • Collaborate in English with partners and international teams — meetings, technical documentation, and coordination • Analyze and resolve system performance, architecture, and operational issues • Contribute to best practices in development, deployment, and observability • Work remotely with autonomy and accountability for your own deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software development, technical consulting, or advanced support — preferably with exposure to different industries • Advanced or fluent English — used for communication with partners and international teams • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, Node.js, Go, C#, C++, Ruby, Scala, or Perl • Ability to diagnose and tune systems in Linux environments • Familiarity with large-scale software architectures — microservices, distributed systems, cloud or hybrid environments • Analytical, communicative, and comfortable working in collaborative settings • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, DynamoDB, or similar) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, or similar) in production environments • Prior experience in technical consulting or client-facing roles • Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) • Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, or similar)
