📋 Description

• Interact closely with prospects to understand their operational challenges, pain points, and business needs. • Design tailored technical and functional solutions that optimize value for both the prospect and EXUS. • Deliver high-level and deep-dive product demonstrations that clearly articulate how EFS meets client requirements. • Prepare high-quality technical and functional responses to RFPs/RFIs using strong product and domain knowledge. • Lead the planning and execution of remote and on-site Proofs of Concept (POCs), including integration discussions and technical validation activities. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Delivery teams regarding new features, solution enhancements, and the handover of newly signed projects. • Support the Marketing Team by preparing solution-related collateral such as demo videos, case studies, blog posts, and other presales assets

🎯 Requirements

• - University Degree along with Postgraduate studies in Computer Science. • - At least 3-5 years of working experience as a Presales Engineer, ideally in the Banking or Fintech industry • - Possess a proven track record of demonstrating software tool solutions and executing successful proof of concept plans to enterprise prospects • - Working experience in the B2B software industry will be considered a plus • - Strong understanding of IT architecture (preferably in the financial sector), cloud services, SDLC, and project management methodologies. • - Good knowledge of the debt collections business domain is considered a strong plus. • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organise, and analyse information. • - Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • - Ability to travel
