• You will actively drive our sales in the Rhine-Main region and be responsible for expanding our customer relationships — from the initial contact to long-term partnerships. • You will acquire new B2B customers and build your own client base in the Rhine-Main area. • You will strategically develop existing accounts and identify cross- and upselling opportunities. • You will identify project opportunities, qualify leads, and manage the entire sales process — from needs assessment to closing. • You understand your customers' business models and challenges and translate them into appropriate software and digitalization projects.
• Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT, software, or project-oriented services • Proven track record in new customer acquisition and in growing existing accounts (Account Management) • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate customer needs into solutions • High sales affinity, strong negotiation skills, and a confident presence at both technical and management levels • Structured, independent working style and willingness to travel for customer meetings within the Rhine-Main region
