📋 Description

• Partner with leading financial services clients to design and deliver finance and accounting platform implementations • Lead pre-implementation workstreams including BRD authoring, design principles, and reporting strategy • Configure and implement accounting hub and subledger platforms • Architect and validate end-to-end data pipelines connecting source systems to GL, subledger, and reporting layers • Design Chart of Accounts structures aligned to reporting requirements • Define and execute E2E testing strategies • Lead subledger modernisation engagements • Support BAU operations post go-live • Deliver financial planning and consolidation platform implementations

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in finance technology consulting, ERP implementation, or finance transformation • Hands-on configuration or design experience across one or more cloud-based finance platforms spanning ERP, accounting hub, subledger, or financial planning and reporting • Demonstrated experience with data pipeline design, UAT frameworks, and test case management in finance platform contexts • Strong functional knowledge of R2R processes — subledger accounting, journal entry, reconciliation, and financial close • Exposure to financial services clients across banking, insurance, or asset management sectors • Ability to produce high-quality client-facing deliverables including BRDs, design documents, and testing artefacts • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across both technical and finance audiences.
