• Support the design of individual learning items and blended learning programs • Collaborate with other designers and learning professionals • Create comprehensive learning documents • Review learning deliverables for content flow, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience • Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools • Experience in designing effective learning solutions across different modalities • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
