📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and evolution of scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications using Java as the primary technology. • Work with Spring Boot, microservices architecture, AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL in a financial services environment. • Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentoring engineers and supporting key technical decisions. • Drive architectural decisions and define development standards for resilient and efficient solutions. • Mentor team members, promoting technical growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Build and optimize event-driven architectures with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability. • Support cloud-native deployments and modern engineering and DevOps practices. • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into robust solutions. • Contribute expertise in Prompt Engineering to support AI-enabled initiatives and modern solution design. • Ensure high standards of quality, security, and scalability for platforms critical to the financial sector.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • Advanced English (C1/C2) with the ability to communicate in an international environment • Extensive experience in Java development • Proven experience as a Dev Lead, Senior Java Developer, or Technical Lead in large-scale enterprise environments • Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture • Experience with AWS, Kafka, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL • Experience designing and delivering high-performance, resilient, and secure enterprise solutions • Experience leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions • Knowledge of complex distributed systems and DevOps practices • Advanced knowledge in Prompt Engineering will be considered a plus for AI-enabled initiatives • Strong leadership, ownership and accountability, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
