📋 Description

• As part of our Financial Due Diligence team based in Hamburg, Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin or Düsseldorf, you will advise our clients on transaction decisions by performing decisive analyses and assessments that reveal new options for action. • You will advise national and international companies as well as financial investors on M&A transactions by providing comprehensive analyses and strategic recommendations to assess the value and risks of potential purchases or sales. • You will conduct complex financial due diligence reviews, analyzing financial data, business models and market conditions to enable informed transaction decisions and identify potential pitfalls early on. • You will analyze extensive data sets to develop strategic decision-making foundations and prepare recommendations tailored to the specific needs and goals of the companies. • You will build and maintain long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and communicating regularly with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure all project objectives are met. • You will assume leadership and development responsibility for your team, fostering a positive, performance-oriented team culture.

🎯 Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics and are passionate about developments in the transactions field. • You bring at least four years of professional experience with proven success in project leadership within Financial Due Diligence. • You have very good MS Office skills, ideally experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and excellent communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English.
