📋 Description

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives • Manage and prioritize the backlog to maximize value delivery • Work closely with development squads, UX/UI and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements • Serve as the primary point of contact between business areas and technical teams • Ensure user stories are clear, well-defined, and actionable • Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retros) and promote continuous improvement • Monitor product performance and collect user feedback for future iterations • Facilitate decision-making, remove impediments and ensure alignment across teams • Ensure timely deliveries with quality and adherence to business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• English fluency - C2 (written and spoken) • Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in fintechs or related sectors • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in squads • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills • Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
