📋 Description

• Analyze data to optimize existing processes and develop new solutions • Collaborate with global teams and internal stakeholders across geographies • Adjust shift timings as needed to manage calls and tasks effectively • Drive and support key Risk Management initiatives and KPIs • Leverage data analytics tools and techniques to identify efficiency improvements • Analyze and present data to identify significant trends and key issues • Build data insights that support risk understanding, business strategies and decisions • Gather and share data with stakeholders • Develop analytical deliverables supporting strategic planning and Risk Management priorities • Perform systems analysis and design effective data relationships and integrations • Communicate the purpose of analytical processes and solutions • Provide analytical support to cross-functional teams • Support advanced analytics, business intelligence, dynamic visualizations, automation and data governance across Risk Management Services • Provide support for RM tools including SORT, PACE, Global Confirmations, GEAR, ERM and AML reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a global corporate setting • One (1) to two (2) years minimum of experience in data analytics, data visualizations, and data scripting languages • Experience with SQL and Python • Experience with MS Fabric, including Data Factory, Power BI with CoPilot, Data Activator, and OneLake, and database integrations • Expert-level English communication skills (reading and writing) • Ability to summarize complex concepts into clear, concise language for senior stakeholders without further senior review • Ability to perform well under pressure and take critical feedback positively • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint) • Ability to work with senior executives of a global brand company with minimum guidance • Preferred: Experience with XML, R and SAS • Preferred: Data Security knowledge • Preferred: Process mining experience • Preferred: Creative visualization skill • Preferred: Passion for digitization and automation • Preferred: Curiosity and willingness to try new things • Ideally, credible experience in a fast-moving, client-driven environment
