📋 Description

• Manage cross-functional teams in an international environment, promoting collaboration, alignment, and effective communication. • Lead and oversee nearshore software development projects, ensuring high-quality deliveries. • Leverage technical expertise in Java and Spring to guide development efforts and support the resolution of complex technical challenges. • Drive the adoption and integration of AI platforms and tools to increase efficiency, innovation, and quality across the development lifecycle. • Apply Specification-Driven Development (SDD) methodologies to improve project outcomes and ensure alignment with business requirements. • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Ensure compliance with development best practices, coding standards, and security protocols. • Mentor and develop team members, fostering continuous learning, autonomy, and technical excellence. • Participate in delivery governance, supporting prioritization, status tracking, risk mitigation, and technical decision-making. • Contribute to the evolution of engineering practices, agile collaboration, and continuous team improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • Advanced/Fluent English (C2), with the ability to communicate in an international environment • Experience as a Technical Senior Manager or in a similar leadership role within software development • Strong technical background in systems development • Hands-on experience with Java and the Spring framework • Experience with complex international projects and nearshore delivery models • Practical knowledge and experience with AI platforms to accelerate development processes • Familiarity with Specification-Driven Development (SDD) • Background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in dynamic environments
