• Provide day-to-day coordination support across Talent Transformation projects • Support the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out • Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather inputs, track progress, and ensure alignment • Maintain project governance artefacts, including status reports, action logs, and risk and issue trackers
• Bachelor’s degree / Post Grad in business or HR related discipline preferred • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR or related field • Preferred experience includes working in: Change management / Talent Operations type roles international and diverse environments Matrix organisations Project management
