📋 Description

• own a product area end-to-end • own the roadmap and strategy for a product area • prototype with AI tools • run rigorous discovery and own delivery from start to finish • make data-driven decisions on KPIs • champion accessibility-first mindset • support product process & structure • partner with VP Product • stand up product metrics and reporting • own product documentation and knowledge management • set a standard for discovery, specs and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• senior or lead-level PM with a track record of owning product area • AI-native: experience with LLMs, agents, and AI tooling • experience prototyping with AI tools • have shipped at least one AI-powered feature • strong understanding of product planning, prioritization, and documentation • data-literate: ability to set KPIs and pull analyses • excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • thrive in fast-moving scale-up environments • fluent in English; German nice-to-have
