📋 Description

• Support and optimize existing server operations and endpoint engineering operations • Design and implement PaaS and serverless solutions to modernize the platform • Develop self-service portals and automation frameworks • Collaborate with teams to evolve processes and adopt platform engineering practices • Advocate for modernization and support the team’s transition • Manage infrastructure, support IaaS, and ensure endpoint stability • Champion PaaS, serverless technologies, and self-service capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering • Hands-on server operations and endpoint management, including Intune • Deep experience with IaaS, specifically Azure • Experience with at least one major PaaS or serverless platform • Strong automation background with Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent IaC tooling • Proven ability to ship self-service tooling adopted by other developers • Ability to lead technical direction without formal management authority • Strong experience in server operations, endpoint engineering, IaaS, and Release Engineering • Expertise in PaaS, serverless, and automation technologies • Ability to lead by example and guide teams toward a platform-first mindset • Experience with internal developer portals • Background in platform product thinking, treating internal teams as customers • Familiarity with FinOps or cloud cost optimization at scale
