📋 Description

• Support the sales team responsible for Orange Global and Orange subsidiaries across France, Europe, and Africa • Provide technical knowledge and expertise regarding F5 solutions • Achieve allocated sales targets by selling relevant F5 solutions and products aligned with customer business needs • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers’ technical and business challenges and proposing effective solutions • Articulate F5 product strategy, messaging, positioning, value proposition, and solutions • Deliver sales presentations, solution designs, demonstrations, and proofs of concept through in-person and virtual methods • Determine opportunity viability and map organizational structures of complex global accounts • Drive the sales process with Account Managers by identifying champions and securing technical validation, support, and sponsorship • Provide world-class customer service throughout the customer lifecycle • Collaborate with internal technical and sales resources and share best practices and expertise • Attend customer meetings for at least 50% of the time, remotely or face to face where possible • Report to the Global Solutions Engineering/Architect Manager of the Global Account Teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of related industry experience • BS/BA or equivalent work experience • Previous experience as a Solution Engineer working for Orange or, alternatively, for a global Telco Provider • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of F5 products and the surrounding ecosystem • Knowledge and experience with Data Centers, Virtualization, Cloud computing environments, and AI Factory infrastructures • Experience with Service Provider mobile network architectures and protocols, especially 3GPP-defined 4G and 5G architectures and protocols, with focus on Packet Core and Telco Cloud infrastructures • Knowledge of next-generation network Data Center infrastructures, including high-speed connections, IP routing, and BGP-EVPN • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and container orchestration solutions such as Kubernetes and OpenShift • Experience in RFx processes • Knowledge of Network and Application Security • Familiarity with F5 technology or similar industry solution deployment is a plus • AI knowledge is a plus • Relevant certifications are a plus • Fluent verbal and written English skills
