β’ Excellent communication and people management skills β’ To demonstrate a prolonged period of successful specification results β’ Experienced in selling and specifying a technical product β’ A high standard of commercial awareness β’ Have the ability to convey technical information precisely β’ PC literate and able to utilize MS Office applications β’ Accustomed to professional use of CRM systems and disciplines β’ Be a confident presenter and used to presenting to large groups of people β’ Previous Field Sales & Specification experience, with strong emphasis on B2B β’ Possess a valid European Union Passport or have Visa allowing unrestricted travel β’ Ensure confidentiality is respected and maintained in all matters relating to the company operations β’ Display at all times, a courteous and responsible attitude towards work colleagues and customers β’ Must be competent with all Microsoft applications β’ Must have a deep understanding and belief in CRM systems β’ Must be licensed to drive in the UK β’ Preferably a good understanding of the UK Specification & Construction market β’ Must be able to read and understand construction drawings
