📋 Description

• Produce precast product elevations • Create design sets for the engineer • Develop an approval set for the customer • Prepare final sets for field use along with production drawings • Layout precast units to correlate with plans, specifications, addendum, and bid package • Recommend efficient and cost-saving panel layouts • Communicate with external contacts such as Architects, Engineers, and General Contractors • Document any changes or concerns and forward to the job team • Input ideas to streamline processes and help create/improve standards

🎯 Requirements

• A two (2) year technical college degree related to the construction industry, specific to drafting required, or equivalent • Able to read and understand blueprints, customer sketches, and specifications • Proficient in AutoCAD or equivalent • We versed with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all internal and external contacts • Ability to work more than a 40-hour work week when required
