📋 Description

• Lead and drive overall project delivery, consistently delivering value to clients • Develop and oversee delivery plans, including scope, estimates, releases, and statements of work • Collaborate with clients to understand strategy, product vision, and success criteria and translate them into actionable roadmaps • Provide hands-on leadership to delivery teams through facilitation and expert guidance • Advise clients on product ownership and agile delivery management • Support delivery planning phases of discovery workshops with actionable insights and technical feasibility assessments • Lead and facilitate discovery workshops to define product delivery roadmaps • Contribute to the development and evolution of Delivery and Discovery frameworks and practices • Use Design Thinking, Opportunity Solution Trees, Lean Startup, and Dual-Track Agile frameworks • Build relationships with client stakeholders and bridge technical and business domains • Support identification of new opportunities within existing client accounts • Mentor and coach colleagues on Agile delivery practices and career development • Participate in recruitment and interviews and help onboard talent • Ensure delivery-team alignment and performance, escalating account-level challenges to Principals • Promote Fabric's values and software-development practices • Promote cross-functional collaboration in dual-track agile environments • Generate thought-leadership content for social media, meetups, and conferences • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing forums

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully delivered projects in the past, ideally within an IT consultancy environment • Started career as a BA, Developer, or similar hands-on role before moving into delivery • Flexibility and adaptability; willingness to cover BA/PO gaps when required • Good understanding of agile software development practices and delivery frameworks • Experience running discovery workshops with multidisciplinary stakeholders • Analytical skills to understand problems based on data insights and research • Enjoy collaborating and encouraging the delivery team to deliver success for the client
