📋 Description

• Take ownership of project management for a wide range of event formats in the life-sciences sector • Be part of a committed project management team • Independently manage various event formats such as internal events, HCP events, and conferences • Structured, system-supported preparation and follow-up of all project-related processes • Prepare and align quotations through to full administrative processing • Maintain an overview even when handling numerous projects • Contribute significantly to smooth processes and successful project outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration (BBA) or a comparable qualification, or a completed commercial apprenticeship in event or event management • At least 3 to 4 years of professional experience in meeting or event management; experience in the life-sciences industry is an advantage • A strong plus: experience in the pharmaceutical industry, congress or trade fair planning • A must: confident use of Microsoft 365, particularly MS Office • Experience with Cvent as well as videoconferencing and webinar tools • Reliable team player with strong advisory and problem-solving skills • Very high level of quality and sense of responsibility, flexibility and commitment • Structured and independent way of working • Good communication skills and strong written and verbal expression, including in English
