📋 Description

• Performance and KPI Analysis • Analyze and update commercial KPIs and campaign performance weekly • Prepare and send sales rankings and monthly reports • Communication and Request Management • Centralize verification and responses to tickets, emails, and WhatsApp messages • Monitor Reclame Aqui and submit monthly targets • Conduct combined weekly meetings for results and alignment • Plan monthly meetings for knowledge sharing and feedback • Deliver monthly training on methodology, systems, and tools • Oversee trainings on the Sults platform and by external suppliers • Perform monthly checklists and audits, recording all activities • Update spreadsheets and manage reimbursements weekly • Monitor the use of installment systems and CRM monthly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed in: Business Administration, Marketing, or Commercial Management • Preferably pursuing a Postgraduate/MBA near completion in a related field • Reside in São Paulo • Availability to travel • Experience with franchises, preferably in the aesthetic (beauty) segment
