📋 Description

• Own end-to-end project delivery from scope definition to final release. • Define measurable goals and deliverables with senior leadership. • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle. • Drive agile delivery through sprint planning, release calendar management, go/no-go coordination, and iterative plan adaptation. • Lead engineering teams, remove impediments, run standups and steering meetings, and maintain team velocity. • Identify and resolve conflicts and develop contingency plans for technical and operational risks. • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for large-scale initiatives. • Maintain executive-level visibility through steering committee meetings and recommend strategic pivots. • Integrate client requirements into the broader roadmap. • Establish and refine PMO methodologies, agile frameworks, and organizational best practices. • Analyze project performance data, profitability, ROI, and lessons learned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (CSM) certifications are strongly preferred. • 7–10+ years of experience in project or program management, specifically leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment. • Proven track record of managing large scale projects and overseeing the full project lifecycle from inception to transition. • Deep expertise in project management methodologies and agile methodologies. • Advanced proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com. • Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at the C-suite and executive levels. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and ROI reporting. • Experience in establishing PMO standards and mentoring junior project staff. • High degree of emotional intelligence and ability to maintain composure and clarity in high-pressure, ambiguous situations. • Professional-level fluency in English with impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
