📋 Description

• Establish Mural’s presence in Colombia • Work directly with founders and leadership to define the country business • Build relationships with Colombian business leaders through dinners, breakfasts, events, and other activities • Map Colombian companies that could benefit from Mural • Own monthly active accounts and the country P&L • Map account and FX providers, fintechs, competitors, and their product offerings • Determine partnership and competitive opportunities • Develop expertise in local regulation and compliance requirements • Inform the Product team about products to build for Colombia and why • Represent Mural in the local business community • Operate independently in the Colombian market during the first one to two quarters

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running a business unit or market, such as a country, P&L, or business unit where the outcome was yours • Intimate knowledge of Colombia's financial landscape • Experience leading a financial services business in Colombia or building world-class financial products there • Product-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with engineers and a CPO • Established network among Colombian business leaders and ability to build further relationships • Ability to work independently in the market for one to two quarters • Required resume • Required LinkedIn or personal website • Required two examples of exceptional abilities, emphasizing shipped work and its impact
