📋 Description
• Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation cases from intake to settlement • Communicate with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys to gather case updates and documentation • Assist with the preparation of legal documents, filings, and case summaries • Coordinate medical treatment approvals, lien negotiations, and case follow-ups • Ensure all deadlines and case milestones are met • Maintain accurate case records and update case management software • Support attorneys in case preparation for hearings, depositions, and settlements
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience as a Case Manager in Workers' Compensation law or a related legal field • Bilingual (English/Spanish) • Strong understanding of medical records, benefits, and Workers' Compensation procedures • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
