📋 Description

• Desarrollar e implementar soluciones de ML/AI • Colaborar con equipos internacionales • Usar IA como asistente diario para el trabajo • Participar en el diseño de plataformas multiusuario

🎯 Requirements

• Más de 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software • Desarrollo en Python • Soluciones de ML/AI en producción • Sistemas RAG (chunking, indexing, retrieval) • Databricks (especialmente MLflow y Unity Catalog) • Patrón de entrega de ML clásico y enfoques de agentes • Diseño y operación de plataformas multiusuario • Uso de IaC, CI/CD, gestión de identidades y secretos, aislamiento de red, y política como código • Migración de Kubernetes/Seldon a Mosaic es un plus • Seguridad y gobernanza de datos • Inglés fluido y experiencia en colaboración con equipos internacionales
