• Ser el punto de contacto transversal para cuentas estratégicas, construyendo confianza con sponsors y usuarios clave. • Gestionar y resolver escalamientos (servicio, facturación, legal, técnico), coordinando recursos internos. • Presentar informes mensuales de resultados (estado de cuentas, KPIs, tickets, oportunidades y plan de acción). • Brindar acompañamiento estratégico y consultivo, identificando oportunidades de upsell y definiendo roadmap de valor. • Monitorear SLAs, satisfacción del cliente y riesgos de churn, proponiendo planes de mitigación. • Coordinar workshops, governance meetings y comités de seguimiento. • Gestionar renovaciones y nuevas oportunidades de negocio, apoyando procesos contractuales con controlling y legal. • Documentar acciones, acuerdos y seguimientos en CRM y herramientas internas.
• Experiencia en gestión de cuentas estratégicas en entornos de tecnología, consultoría o eCommerce. • Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y resolución de conflictos. • Capacidad de análisis de KPIs y elaboración de reportes ejecutivos. • Nivel intermedio-avanzado de inglés. • Residencia en Argentina.
