📋 Description

• Lead the product development squad focused on AI-native products for our students; • Plan and execute sprints following Scrum or other agile frameworks; • Assist in creating and maintaining the product backlog; • Maintain communication with managers and internal users; • Ensure the quality of deliverables; • Foster a high-performance environment for the team by removing impediments and resolving conflicts; • Provide technical and business support, with deep knowledge of the team’s product and business. • Support other teams (technical and business) in accelerating the adoption and development of Artificial Intelligence.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in leadership, people management and development; • Experience with production projects in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and/or Generative AI; • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); • Experience defining and improving processes; • Experience with Python development; • A master’s or doctorate in Computer Science, Statistics or related fields is a plus.
