📋 Description

• You act as the link between our customers and the regional management • As the on-site contact person, you assist parking users and our clients • You are responsible for internal auditing and quality assurance • You check compliance with the posted parking regulations • You document any violations of the parking rules • On site you inspect signage for stability and condition and check consumables at the sites, replenishing them if necessary • You support new employees during their onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driving license (Class B) • Willingness to work shifts Monday through Saturday as part of a 40-hour week • Good command of German • Strong smartphone proficiency • Ability to work in all weather conditions • Independent, responsible and conscientious working style • Strong communication, interpersonal and team skills • Experience in roles such as security officer/security service, specialist for protection and security, or in airports/retail/shipping/logistics; also experience as a parcel delivery driver, courier, service staff, driver or delivery driver is advantageous • Applications from career changers are explicitly welcome!
