📋 Description

• You are the link between our customers and the regional management • As the on-site point of contact, you are available to parking users and our clients • You are responsible for internal audits and quality assurance • You ensure compliance with posted parking regulations • You document violations when parking rules are disregarded • On site, you inspect signage for stability and condition and check consumables at the locations, replenishing them as needed • You support new employees during onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Class B driver's license • Availability to work shifts Monday through Saturday (40 hours per week) • Good German language skills • Strong proficiency and comfort using smartphones • Ability to work in all weather conditions • Independent, responsible, and conscientious work approach • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team skills • Relevant experience, for example as a security officer, in security services, as a specialist for protection and security, or in airport, retail, freight forwarding, or logistics operations; experience as a parcel deliverer, courier, service staff, driver, or delivery driver is also an advantage
