📋 Description

• Develop and implement modern, scalable web applications using Java for backend development and Angular, Vue.js, or React for frontend development • Design and implement microservices and APIs • Build new software solutions and enhance existing applications • Contribute to software architecture and technical design decisions • Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality • Integrate databases and ensure data integrity • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Work with Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability • Create and maintain clear technical documentation • Help establish Fairsource's software engineering community in Romania

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • At least 6 years of professional experience as a Java Fullstack Developer • Strong knowledge of Spring Framework, Enterprise Java, or Quarkus • Experience with microservices and software architecture • Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework: Angular, Vue.js, or React • Solid understanding of CI/CD, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Clean Code principles • Initial hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, or Azure • Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional teams
