📋 Description

• Represent clients in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases, including court appearances • Prepare motions, objections, claims, and orders • Handle mortgage mediation matters in bankruptcy cases • Manage case load to meet client expectations and timelines • Address escalated and time-sensitive matters as needed • Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to maintain smooth workflows and quality control • Assist with other duties and special projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school • Licensed to practice law in Georgia (in good standing) • Admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts in Georgia • 2-10 years of bankruptcy experience (preferably representing lenders and creditors) • Strong understanding of Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy procedures and laws • Familiarity with court procedures and practices • Proficiency with numbers and basic accounting
