📋 Description

• In this key role, you will refine our product strategy together with the founders and act as the driving force at the interface between Sales, Customer Success and Engineering. • You will further develop the roadmap and establish Famedly as the gold standard in clinical practice. • You will provide technical leadership for our product team and optimize processes (Discovery & Delivery). • You will translate complex requirements from physicians and nursing staff into precise technical concepts. • You will skillfully balance regulatory requirements (TI, GDPR), customer needs and long-term objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in the HealthTech/MedTech sector and an understanding of clinical workflows and the Telematics Infrastructure (TI). • Several years of leadership experience in product management (B2B SaaS), combined with a hands-on mentality. • You can communicate effectively with developers as well as our medical users. • Business-fluent German (required) and proficiency in English.
