• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams: engineering, product, and business intelligence. • Identify opportunities and set direction to grow and improve games. • Translate analyses into strategy and product features. • Oversee game development from concept through launch and live operations. • Identify and execute analyses that drive improvements in user LTV and top-of-funnel acquisition. • Organize growth roadmaps and deliver results while managing data and engineering team pipelines and capacity. • Define product strategy and present clear, measurable objectives. • Contribute data-backed input to business cases and demonstrate impact on key product metrics. • Proactively design and implement process improvements. • Enhance monitoring and alerting to ensure data quality. • Optimize performance of data models. • Research and develop new methods, tools, and technologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science. • Minimum 3 years' experience in management, consulting, finance, or technology companies. • Advanced English (will be tested). • Experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau, AWS QuickSight, or Microsoft Power BI. • Experience analyzing large datasets. • Ability to write SQL queries to extract and organize data from various sources (Oracle, data warehouses, Hadoop, cloud applications) and make it available for analysts. • Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet changing deadlines and priorities. • Comfortable manipulating, transforming, and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensional data from diverse sources. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive data-driven business insights.
