• Operate as one of the most senior product authorities within the organization. • Own and evolve a mission-critical area of the customer experience. • Ensure that strategy, execution, and product quality standards scale effectively across multiple teams. • Partner directly with executive leadership to shape long-term direction, investment priorities, and competitive positioning. • Work closely with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Data, and Operations to align product strategy with broader business objectives.
• 12–15 years of product management experience, including ownership of large-scale, high-impact digital platforms. • Demonstrated experience shaping multi-year product strategy with measurable commercial impact. • Proven ability to lead senior product leaders and influence across multiple domains or verticals. • Strong enterprise thinking — capable of balancing innovation, risk management, scalability, and operational performance. • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills, with experience influencing C-level stakeholders. • Deep experience in high-frequency, high-scale transactional environments. • Track record of elevating product standards, mentoring senior leaders, and strengthening organizational capability. • Experience in sports betting, gaming, fintech, ecommerce, or similarly complex digital ecosystems strongly preferred.
