• Define and evolve our moderation and trust & safety vision and roadmap. • Build and lead a high-performance, distributed moderation team, owning hiring, training, and quality assurance. • Own and evolve moderation policies and community guidelines, and lead high-risk content escalations. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define and evolve safety tooling, including AI moderation. • Define and report on moderation KPIs, delivering exec-level insights on platform health and safety risks.
• Experienced in trust & safety, content moderation, or related roles at a user-generated content (UGC) or creator platform. • Experienced leading high-performing teams, ideally in a fast-growing company. • Proficient in using AI tools to drive efficiency, automate workflows, and improve moderation systems. • Experienced working on high-risk platforms or with sensitive content. • Deeply understand online safety, digital harm, and moderation best practices.
