📋 Description

• Support, enhance, and implement SAP solutions in the SD (Sales and Distribution) module • Serve as a technical reference for the SD module • Participate in projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and AMS support • Support and enhance sales orders, billing, pricing, commercial conditions, and tax determination processes • Manage integrations with MM, FI, Salesforce, and legacy systems • Gather functional requirements from business areas • Prepare functional specifications and oversee ABAP development • Participate in rollouts, upgrades, S/4HANA projects, and Tax Reform initiatives • Analyze and resolve medium- and high-complexity incidents while ensuring SLA compliance • Support solution architecture definition and end-to-end process design • Participate in integration testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities • Provide support for tax integrations (CT-e, NF-e, GKO, and 4TAX, where applicable) • Provide technical support to ABAP developers, including functional debugging, logic validation, and the creation of exits, enhancements, BAdIs, and user exits • Produce functional and technical documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with SAP SD • Practical ABAP knowledge (code reading, debugging, and functional specification) • Pricing procedures • Output determination • User exits / BAdIs • IDocs and integrations • Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA projects • Experience working in critical production environments and AMS operations • Experience with Tax Reform initiatives • Experience in industrial or B2B/B2C environments • ABAP development • Knowledge of SAP Fiori • Knowledge of Salesforce • Agile methodologies (Jira) • Tax integrations (SEFAZ, CT-e, NF-e)
