Farmers for Forests (F4F) is a hybrid social enterprise, founded in December 2019 and headquartered in Pune, India. It works with smallholder farmers to create biodiverse farms and forests through agroforestry, forest protection and restoration, urban biodiversity initiatives, human–elephant conflict prevention, and climate-change/ecology education. F4F combines on-the-ground programs, community engagement and technology (including tree/forest monitoring tools) to regenerate soil, increase farmer incomes, enhance biodiversity, and build climate resilience, while mobilizing partnerships and donations.
