📋 Description

• Responsible for ensuring strategic sales planning and monitoring, working on PIVA and S&OP processes. • Will create and monitor performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency. • Will generate insights to support strategic decisions and improve results. • Will work in partnership with commercial and operational areas to drive sales performance. • Monitor, generate reports and evaluate sales indicators (revenue, margin, average ticket, traffic and conversion), analyzing internal and external factors that impact results. • Perform comparative analyses and develop dashboards that highlight variances, trends and improvement opportunities. • Assess the effects of internal and external variables such as pricing, product mix, logistics costs, competitor actions and market trends (benchmarking). • Develop and implement analytical models and financial projections to optimize operating costs and boost sales. • Define targets per store, taking into account historical data, seasonality and regional behavior, proposing tactical adjustments when necessary. • Ensure the execution of strategic action plans, tracking deadlines, results and communication between areas. • Identify and implement tactical adjustments, such as redistributing targets and redefining strategies, based on periodic analyses and changes in the market environment. • Produce executive reports with actionable insights and recommendations for leadership, supporting decision-making and continuous improvement of sales performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields. • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create financial scenario simulations, extract insights and develop data models when necessary. • Knowledge of the PDCA method. • Basic knowledge of Power BI.
