📋 Description

• Ensure correct execution and control of direct tax operations, focusing on tax calculation, reconciliations and statutory tax filings, and act strategically in monitoring fulfillment operations. • Monitor fiscal operations on the platform (issued invoices vs. rejected invoices). • Monitor and resolve invoice rejections, ensuring correction of inconsistencies. • Reconcile amounts paid vs. amounts due, identifying discrepancies. • Identify and report tax calculation errors in transactions. • Perform calculation and reporting of direct taxes (PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, ISS and withheld taxes). • Execute accounting reconciliations and journal entries in SAP. • Ensure timely submission of statutory tax filings and support for audits. • Support the tax flow for the fulfillment project (shipment, symbolic returns and sales).

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Law or related fields). • Solid experience in tax, with emphasis on direct taxes. • Knowledge of SAP. • Experience with Mastersaf or Tax One. • Advanced knowledge of tax routines and reconciliations. • Preferred: Experience with fulfillment operations (Amazon, Mercado Libre or similar). • Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. • Familiarity with managing fiscal operations in external environments (partners' ERPs).
