📋 Description

• Define and lead engagement strategies with Municipal and State Education Departments and partner organizations to ensure implementation, monitoring and evaluation of activities, ensuring alignment between project guidelines and operations; • Anticipate program needs, identify problems and risks with a systemic view, and propose data-driven solutions to inform leadership and other stakeholders' decisions; • Maintain effective and ongoing communication with Education Department teams to ensure continuous alignment for successful program implementation and achievement of established goals; • Plan, monitor and track implementation schedules, ensuring quality, efficiency and adherence to the plan; • Oversee implementation governance with Education Departments, leading monitoring, evaluation and operational decision meetings; • Prepare presentations, reports and materials for internal and external meetings; • Manage project risks, resources and budget, ensuring responsible and strategic use of available funds, and maintain continuous engagement with partners and suppliers to negotiate, contract, monitor and align deliverables with program guidelines; • Promote alignment between pedagogical training strategies and operational execution, acting as the technical bridge among involved parties; • Identify partners who complement internal expertise and bring perspectives and experiences that enhance project outcomes; • Manage partners involved in project implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, Public Management, Business Administration or related fields; • Availability for travel within Brazil; • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and the ability to synthesize information; • Agility to reorganize strategies and actions when necessary; • Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations; • Experience implementing educational projects; • Entrepreneurial attitude, proactivity, initiative and commitment to results; • Organized and detail-oriented; • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; • Openness to working in a team; • Ease in relating to diverse stakeholders; • Relationship-building and negotiation skills; • Based in São Paulo, SP.
