📋 Description

• Calculate indirect taxes (ISS, PIS, COFINS, IPI, ICMS, ICMS‑ST) and taxes withheld at source • Prepare statutory tax filings and ancillary obligations (DCTFWeb, EFD‑Reinf, MIT, SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, GIA‑ST, DIRBI) • Execute tax controls to ensure timely submission of filings and payment of taxes • Perform tax reviews to ensure the correct tax treatment of transactions • Provide tax support to the tax team and to Commercial, Logistics, Product and Customer teams on tax matters • Support handling of events such as tax notifications and administrative tax assessments • Responsible for analyzing and registering clients' special tax regimes • Perform fiscal classification of new products for registration (NCM/CEST) • Support tax planning • Liaise with government authorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Law • Strong knowledge of indirect taxes: ISS, PIS, COFINS, IPI, ICMS and ICMS‑ST • Experience with withholding taxes (IR, CSRF, INSS, etc.) • Proficiency in ancillary filings: DCTFWeb, EFD‑Reinf, SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, GIA‑ST, DIRBI, among others • Experience in fiscal classification of products (NCM/CEST) and special regimes • Knowledge of tax planning and the fiscal impacts of commercial, logistical and contractual operations • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle or similar) • Experience with digital bookkeeping systems (SPED) and government platforms • Advanced Excel skills for tax controls and analyses • Previous experience in a tax department at medium or large companies or in accounting firms • Experience with tax reviews and handling tax notifications/assessments
