📋 Description

• Develop and maintain AI solutions applied to the product, including RAG systems and integrations with LLMs. • Design and implement ingestion, embedding, and data retrieval pipelines (vector databases). • Integrate language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models, etc.) into product applications. • Build and optimize prompts, chains, and agents for specific business use cases. • Evaluate performance, cost, and quality of models and AI pipelines (evals, accuracy/relevance metrics). • Collaborate with backend teams to expose AI capabilities via APIs. • Ensure scalability, security, and governance in the use of data and models. • Participate in code reviews and define development standards for AI solutions. • Monitor and bring to the team updates and innovations from the generative AI ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing AI solutions in production. • Strong knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, etc.). • Experience integrating LLMs via API (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar. • Proficiency in Python for developing data and AI pipelines. • Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and model evaluation. • Experience consuming and building secure REST/GraphQL APIs (OAuth 2.0, JWT). • Familiarity with design patterns and SOLID principles applied to AI systems. • Experience with model fine-tuning and techniques for cost/latency optimization.
